Panorama International Travel protects the information of all our clients and will not share this with third parties without the authorization of our clients (name, email, address, credit card data), and only for ends related to the planning of reservations or executions of touristic programs. The personal information of our clients is confidential for Panorama International Travel.
In order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have establish electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information provided online

Booking Accuracy/Legal Names

Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please notify to Panorama International immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s legal first & last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the Passenger(s) legal first and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents


To confirm the reservation we required a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount of the service agreed between our sales agent and the client. The payment of the balance is required in full the first day of the arrival to our country.
Panorama International Travel is liable to faithfully fulfill all contracted services, otherwise it offers laws providing penalties for noncompliance, and also payments are channeled according to the facilities the shipping country permits. It may be through a bank deposit to the account of our company or an online payment using our payment gateway through Visa, PayPal and Western Union.

Cancelled Reservations

Cancellations must be submitted in advance, in case of groups 25 days before the start the service, and fits a week before start the service.
* A no show 50% of those cancellations is made 24 hours before start the tour.
* A no show 80% of those cancellations that are made 10 days before the tour or service start.
* Panorama International Travel facilitate changes before or after the initial date of service provided dates and when and / or provider (s) (Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, etc.) also provide the necessary facilities, if any to pay any penalty for this change of date this payment must assume the client.
